Water Security & Climate Resilience

Location: Balochistan, Pakistan Duration: 2022–2024 This project focused on improving water availability and climate adaptation in drought-prone communities. It introduced solar-powered water pumps and built community water reservoirs. Location: Kabul & Herat, Afghanistan Duration: 2023–Ongoing A business strategy and value chain development program aimed at women-led micro-enterprises, enabling them to access national and cross-border markets. Key Outcomes: 300+ women entrepreneurs trained in business planning 15 cooperatives linked with international buyers 2 new trade facilitation centers established

Measuring What Matters – Impact Evaluation for Health & Education

Development Research & Evaluation

Location: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan Duration: 2022 Conducted a multi-sectoral evaluation of donor-funded education and health programs in remote districts, focusing on learning outcomes, access equity, and service quality. Key Outcomes: Baseline + endline survey across 15 districts Data from 7,500 households and 150 facilities Recommendations led to major policy shifts in funding allocation
